Refunds and Cancellations

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, if you wants to cancel your booking you can see below for more information on our return policy.

By completing your registration for a course and making a payment of full or installment fee, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

  • Any live course canceled after registration – admin fee of 25% of the course price applies (which will not be refunded), the remaining deposit will be refunded. You need to request the course cancellation 3 working days before the course starting date.
  • You are not eligible for any refund if you made a request for course cancellation less than 8 hours before the course starting time.
  • After receiving your refund and inspecting the condition of your order, we will process your refund. Please
    allow at least eight to ten (8-10) working days from the receipt of your course to process your return. 
  • Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will
    notify you by email when your return has been processed.
